The outbound telesales department at our Newbury Office is growing rapidly, and we are looking for fun, outgoing personalities to match the energy within the team. The Telesales Representative is responsible for representing OEC and the manufacturers we work with, building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing Customers, whilst achieving sales growth.

Job Duties / Tasks:
  • Make outbound sales calls to customers.
  • Take inbound calls from customers and handle enquiries.
  • Achieve personal KPI‘s and objectives with target Customers.
  • Identify and leverage potential sales opportunities within Customer base.
  • Maintain own product knowledge and awareness of competitor activities.
  • Collate feedback from customer base on a monthly basis.
  • Spread awareness on the Brands covered by the Vehicle Manufacturer.
Experience, skills and key competencies:
  • Have prior sales experience or experience building business relationships.
  • Be a confident and capable communicator with proven experience of selling in a fast paced and/or telesales environment (not essential).
  • Have a passion for providing a great Customer service experience.
  • Have the ability to relate well to others and work as part of a team.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • IT literate with knowledge of MS Excel.

This is a hybrid role, working from home and at the OEC office in Newbury 3 days a week.
