Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to achieve theParts & Service objectivesby driving and improving your regionalDistrigo Hub, Relay, Market, and Eurorepar Car Service businesseswith regard tooperational performance. Working withsite management and leadershipto ensure processes and data are implemented, maintained and actioned. Working closely withArea Sales Managersto ensure key operationalNorms, systems and contractual criteriadeliver the primary purpose.
The role is dedicated to the following areas:Scotland (Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, Aberdeen)andNortheast England (Huddersfield,Doncaster and surrounding areas).
Job Duties
- Creation, revision and management ofoperational standards (Norms)for sales, service, warehouse, CRM and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance withcontractual criteriaincludingstaffing, stock levels and first-pick availability
- Assist withrecruitment of key rolesand ensure teams are fully trained via theLMS
- Management of theSpeeder reporting system, includingcustomer coding, system maintenance and BI reporting
- System setup, maintenance and training for Service Box, PLPR, Power Supply/Return, Power Line, Edoc, CMS/TMS, PCB and LMS
- Management of theparts movement programmeto increasecustomer satisfaction
- Management of sales-focused systems includingInsight, Onsight, Pinpoint and the Distrigo website
- Onboarding of new investors, includingDistrigo Hubs, Markets, Relays and Eurorepar Car Service
- Define, implement and maintainBPI/composite reporting, providing data insights to improvecash flow and profitability
- Drive continuous improvement incustomer satisfaction
- Partner with Area Sales Managers to drive sales performance across all channels
- Collaborate with Network, NSC and EE teams to resolve issues and improve efficiencies
- Act as an ambassador for process improvement, simplification and customer satisfaction
- Work with network management and senior leadership in a strategic consultative capacity
Experience Required
- 3+ years' experiencemanagingregional warehousing/distribution operationswithin theautomotive parts industry
- In-depth knowledge of theUK Aftermarket, Trade and Network Operations
- Strong understanding offinancial data, management accounts and profitability
- Proficiency inStellantis Parts & Service systemsandMicrosoft Office
- Understanding ofsales and commercial operations
- Experience inprocess improvement,coachingand operational excellence
- Strong communication skills with the ability toinfluence stakeholders up to Director/Board level
- Demonstrated gravitas, credibility and leadership presence
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with strong initiative and tenacity
- Passion for customer satisfaction
