Position Summary

Sales Development Manager required for a well-established automotive parts programme. Using your knowledge and experience of selling original automotive parts to garages and crash repair establishments.

Job Duties

  • B2B Sales is the primary focus of this role – planning, managing, and implementing sales activities.
  • Promoting and communicating manufacturer promotions.
  • Identifying new customers.
  • Preparing and using sales presentations to achieve maximum results from available sales opportunities.
  • Growing the business user database to ensure long term growth of the business sales operations.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service to build customer loyalty.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers.
  • Planning workload to maximise opportunities.

Experience Required

The ideal candidate will need to have experience in a parts sales environment, either with a main dealer or vehicle manufacturer, and have a proven track record of achieving sales results against targets. A confident communicator, who will have the ability to build rapport quickly with customers whilst delivering the highest level of customer service. Have the drive to consistently meet and exceed customer needs and close deals effectively along with the ability to develop parts sales to our existing customer base and develop new parts accounts within a predetermined territory.
