Job Summary

Support marketing collateral delivery by creating, developing and executing marketing activities that drive awareness and engagement for the Ford PartsPlus All Makes range of products. Working closely with the Product, Sales, and Creative teams to craft compelling messaging, and ensure consistent communication of value to the target audience.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • In collaboration with the Manager, own all aspects of the All Makes product marketing plan by serving as the marketing owner; includes but is not limited to, liaising with the Product Team, developing marketing collateral, promotions and incentives that meet the needs of the business and grow product awareness and sales.
  • Collaborate with PartsPlus Product Manager to understand product features, benefits, pricing, offers and Customer and Colleague incentivisation.
  • Create product-focused marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, email and web content.
  • Proactively coordinate efforts cross-functionally with internal Colleagues to better understand company and product marketing needs.
  • Write content for marketing communications in conjunction with the manager.
  • Develop a deeper understanding of the automotive parts industry to adequately connect and work with external and internal experts to push awareness of Ford PartsPlus All Makes, Omnicraft and OmnicraftPlus brands.

Experience, Skills and Key Competencies

  • In addition to the education, at least 1-3 years of marketing or product marketing experience.
  • Experience of marketing communication, preferably in a technology-driven industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail along with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Wrike, Hubspot and Google Analytics are an advantage, however, full training will be provided.
