We're looking for a Trade Parts Business Consultant to support Toyota's Centre network across the Manchester and Nottingham area, driving growth and operational excellence in trade parts.

About The Role

You'll work directly with Toyota Centre partners to optimise their trade parts operations through hands-on consultation, coaching, and performance analysis — helping them hit Toyota's standards for customer service, efficiency, and profitability.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Toyota Centre Parts Managers and teams to develop and execute trade parts strategies
  • Conduct operational reviews (stock, resourcing, process efficiency, profitability) and build long-term business plans, securing senior-level buy-in
  • Visit trade customers to coach parts teams on spotting and closing sales opportunities
  • Track performance metrics and share insights to support business reviews and planning
  • Identify and share best practices from high performers across the network
  • Support rollout of trade parts campaigns, initiatives, and pricing strategies
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to inform strategy

What You'll Bring

  • Solid experience in car parts sales
  • Trade business experience within the automotive industry
  • 3+ years of account management experience
  • Solid understanding of automotive trade dynamics, Centre operations, and supply chains
  • Strong coaching, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license, with willingness to travel regularly to client sites (up to 4x/week)
