Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Conducts B2B Sales in Birmingham area.
  • Plans, manages, and implements sales activities.
  • Promotes and communicates manufacturer promotions.
  • Identifies new customers.
  • Prepares and uses sales presentations to achieve maximum results from available sales opportunities.
  • Grows the business user database to ensure long term growth of the business sales operations.
  • Ensures high levels of customer service to build customer loyalty.
  • Maintains relationships with existing customers.
  • Plans workload to maximize opportunities.

Experience, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a parts sales environment, either with a main dealer or vehicle manufacturer/aftermarket supplier, and proven track record of achieving sales results against targets.
  • A confident communicator, who will have the ability to build rapport quickly with customers whilst delivering the highest level of customer service.
  • Have the drive to consistently meet and exceed customer needs and close deals effectively.
  • Ability to develop parts sales to our existing customer base and develop new parts accounts within a predetermined territory.
  • Can effectively organize and manage day-to-day work and priorities, and use time, energy and resources to meet goals, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work, and can easily adjust to shifts in priorities as the needs of the business change.
