The objective is to increase sales of original automotive parts to both new and existing independent garages for a well-established automotive parts programme for Toyota.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conducts B2B Sales in Birmingham area.
- Plans, manages, and implements sales activities.
- Promotes and communicates manufacturer promotions.
- Identifies new customers.
- Prepares and uses sales presentations to achieve maximum results from available sales opportunities.
- Grows the business user database to ensure long term growth of the business sales operations.
- Ensures high levels of customer service to build customer loyalty.
- Maintains relationships with existing customers.
- Plans workload to maximize opportunities.
Experience, Skills and Key Competencies
- At least 3 years of experience in a parts sales environment, either with a main dealer or vehicle manufacturer/aftermarket supplier, and proven track record of achieving sales results against targets.
- A confident communicator, who will have the ability to build rapport quickly with customers whilst delivering the highest level of customer service.
- Have the drive to consistently meet and exceed customer needs and close deals effectively.
- Ability to develop parts sales to our existing customer base and develop new parts accounts within a predetermined territory.
- Can effectively organize and manage day-to-day work and priorities, and use time, energy and resources to meet goals, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work, and can easily adjust to shifts in priorities as the needs of the business change.
