We\’re growing fast and building the team, technology, systems, and culture to power a better deal for drivers and a better service for riders.As we scale, We\’re looking for a hands-on, resourceful Recruiter to own our driver hiring pipeline from first contact to onboarding.What you\’ll do:Design and operate high-volume recruitment processes for PCO drivers and operational staffActively source candidates through job boards, partners, social channels, local events, and direct outreachPersonally manage screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding handovers with care and speedPartner with compliance, fleet, and ops to make sure every driver meets required standardsTrack funnel metrics, diagnose bottlenecks, and adjust tactics weeklyShow up professionally in every candidate interaction, reflecting the quality and care we promise our employeesBuild and maintain an active, well-segmented pipeline that supports aggressive growth targetsWho you are:Proven experience in hands-on recruitment, ideally in high-volume or operational environmentsStrong understanding of London\’s private hire or logistics space is a bonusSkilled negotiator with a focus on closing the right candidates quicklyPeople-first: you know how to build trust quickly across a diverse candidate baseProficient with ATS tools and workflows (e.g. DocuSign, SharePoint, etc.)Energised by pace, ownership, and building from the ground upWork with a supportive, ambitious team that values action and accountabilityPlay a critical role in building the talent engine behind London\’s next great mobility platformJoin a fast-growing startup currently closing SEED financing, with real opportunity for growthThis is a full-time, in-person role.
