We are recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE to join our Commercial Property team based in our Brighton office.
The successful candidate will work closely with members of the team on transactions, while also managing their own caseload of commercial property matters. The role will involve a broad range of commercial property work, including acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold commercial properties, drafting and negotiating commercial property leases, including retail units, offices and industrial units, lease renewals and terminations, consents for assignments and alterations.
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial property experience, excellent technical ability and a proactive approach to client care. They will be confident managing matters independently while also working collaboratively within a supportive and experienced team.
