Job Description
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for overseeing HR-related workflows, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining the quality of the fund's HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews with candidates
- Create and maintain job postings
- Organise and manage candidate recruitment
- Ensure all team members stay motivated
- Lead a smooth and efficient onboarding process
