We\’re looking for a Technical Support Officer to join our Highways & Engineering team. In this role, you will support the delivery of key infrastructure projects, including electric vehicle charging (Gul-e), by coordinating logistics, managing quotations, and overseeing billing processes.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and support Gul-e project installations.
- Liaise with suppliers and clients to manage logistics and timelines.
- Track and process quotations, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Oversee invoicing and financial tracking (including S42 processes).
- Maintain accurate project records and budget sheets.
- Support project managers and field teams with essential admin and coordination.
The successful application will be organised, proactive, and confident working with data, suppliers, and budgets. Experience in technical or project support is desirable but not essential.
