Are you passionate about creating engaging content, spotting the latest social media trends, and building online communities?

We're looking for a creative and organised Social Media Executive to help grow our digital presence and tell the stories that matter.

In this role, you'll create compelling content across multiple platforms, including Linked In, Instagram, and other social channels.

From producing eye-catching graphics and short-form videos to writing engaging copy and analysing performance data, you'll play a key role in helping ODS connect with our audiences.

Working closely with campaign managers, internal teams and external partners, you'll help deliver impactful campaigns, manage our social media channels, and support the Executive Team's Linked In presence.

You'll also use audience insights and social listening to continuously improve our content and engagement.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation who is looking to develop their career in a purpose-driven organisation that makes a difference to local communities.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong social media and content creation skills
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability
  • Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of analytics and performance reporting
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and platform best practices
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A full UK driving licence is essential as travel between sites forms a key part of the role
