We have a vacancy for an experienced Team Leader to join our busy Responsive Repairs Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating a rapid response to damp and mould reports and repairs raised by our clients to ensure compliance with The Housing Health and Safety Ratings System (HHSRS) and the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023 (also known as Awaab’s Law).
The candidate will also be able to demonstrate a professional approach to managing client relationships and the ability to maintain excellent working relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
