We’re looking for a skilled Communications & Engagement Manager to lead internal communications and help engage our workforce. You’ll develop and deliver clear, effective messaging that connects employees to our priorities, supports organisational change, and strengthens our culture across a diverse, multi-site organisation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver internal communications and engagement strategy
- Create clear, engaging content for colleagues
- Support senior leaders with messaging and briefings
- Lead communications for change, wellbeing and key initiatives
- Manage internal channels and drive employee engagement
Who we’re looking for
- Experience in internal communications or engagement
- Strong writing and stakeholder management skills
- Confident supporting change communications
- Able to translate complex information into clear messages
