Refuse & Recycling Driver / Loader

£33,159 to £34,318 per annum

4 day work week (Tuesday - Friday) - 37 Hours per week - Permanent

Are you an experienced Class 2 HGV driver looking for a rewarding role where your work makes a real difference every day? We're looking for dedicated and reliable individuals to join our Refuse and Recycling team in Oxford.

As a Driver / Loader, you'll play a vital role in keeping our city clean and running smoothly. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll carry out waste and recycling collections for residents and local businesses across Oxford. You'll ensure routes are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard, while delivering excellent customer service with professionalism, courtesy, and a positive attitude.

What We're Looking For

  • A valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV licence (Essential)
  • A current CPC driver card (Essential)
  • A valid digital tachograph (Tacho) card (Essential)
  • A strong understanding of health and safety responsibilities
  • A team focused approach and commitment to high service standard
