Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing sales pipelines, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. The role requires frequent communication with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions for odor and dust control.

Qualifications

Proven sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and account management

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with a focus on building client relationships

Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple sales opportunities effectively

Familiarity with environmental solutions, waste management, or industrial equipment is advantageous

Proficiency in using sales CRM tools and general software applications

Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment

Prior experience in B2B sales or a similar role is preferred

Valid driver\’s license and willingness to travel occasionally for client visits
