We are looking for an energetic and proactive Customer Onboarding Specialist to deliver consistent, impactful customer training and ensure smooth, high-quality onboarding experiences. You’ll play a key role in driving customer retention and product adoption, supporting our Account Managers and helping customers unlock the full value of our solutions.

You will work across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB segments, delivering engaging onboarding, launch, and training sessions that create “wow” moments for our customers from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver confident and engaging onboarding and training sessions, demonstrating product features and benefits in a clear and compelling way
  • Own the onboarding process for new customers, including launch and hypercare phases
  • Monitor customer usage data to identify accounts needing reengagement and assess the impact of training/onboarding activities
  • Collect customer success stories, case studies, and testimonials to support marketing and success initiatives
  • Plan and deliver onsite training sessions when agreed with clients
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to help drive product adoption across the customer base
  • Deliver ongoing customer-facing content, including webinars, newsletters, product tips, and best practices

  • Product (to relay customer feedback)
  • Support (to align on customer needs)
  • Marketing (to share case studies and success stories)

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in Customer Success, onboarding, or a customer-facing role (experience in recruitment is a plus)
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and actions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — confident leading demos, webinars, and training sessions
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple onboarding projects at once

Compensation & Benefits

  • ÂŁ35,000 OTE – combination of base salary plus a competitive commission plan tied to customer success and adoption outcomes
