The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to help lead the Meadowhall Store in Sheffield on a full-time (30 hour) basis. As a key support to the management team, you will oversee the running of the sales floor and assist in driving and motivating the team to achieve store sales and KPIs. You will model strong leadership, coaching and training, and act as a brand ambassador by delivering our customer service program and providing detailed product knowledge to customers. You will ensure our sales consultants have the tools to convey the brand experience, using a personalized selling approach that covers the customer journey from start to finish, including providing sensorial experiences through signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages. You will also assist the team with general store tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the running of the sales floor and motivate the team to achieve store sales and KPIs.
  • Coach, train and develop sales consultants; model and deliver the principles of the customer service program.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge to customers and ensure team tools enable high-quality service.
  • Deliver personalized selling experiences and sensory services (e.g., fragrance consultations, hand and arm massages).
  • Assist with stock management, cleaning and replenishment to support store operations.

What we are looking for: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in retail, with supervisory experience. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to influence and motivate a team to achieve store and personal KPIs, and a high level of personal grooming standards. You should have a passion for luxury, champion our brand values, and be flexible in working arrangements to suit business needs.
