We are currently looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join our award-winning team to assist and grow the Family Law Department in a role focusing mainly on Children and Divorce cases. This role will suit a Family Law Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal. There is an existing caseload already in place.
This role will mainly focus on dealing with Private Children Cases and Divorce matters acting for both Applicant and Respondent. You will have experience in dealing with such matters including finances on Divorce. There will also be unmarried party disputes as well as asset protection in the form of Pre-Nuptial Agreements and Cohabitation Agreements. The candidate will have experience of dealing with such matters pre and during litigation.
This is a unique opportunity to join our award-winning firm with an opportunity to develop the department and with a clear pathway and career progression. You will be an ambitious individual with good academics. You will be an excellent communicator who is able to interact and build business relationships at all levels. You will have a keen sense of commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, good command over legal and technical principles and the ability to present facts, law and strategies in a reasoned and persuasive manner both to opposition and to clients. Whilst the role is targeted at 1 to 5 years PQE, all levels of experience will be considered.
