Associate — Executive Search (Energy & Infrastructure) in Worcester

What You’ll Do

• Research & map markets: build structured, insight-led talent maps and stay close to industry trends.
• Engage with candidates: lead first-round conversations, qualify motivations, and represent opportunities with confidence.
• Support delivery: organise interviews, capture feedback, and maintain clear communication throughout.
• Drive insight: keep our CRM accurate and use data to spot patterns and identify new opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years’ experience in a professional environment (Big Four, consultancy, accountancy, law, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills, natural curiosity, and clear communication.
• A desire to work in a more entrepreneurial environment, where ideas are heard and ownership comes early.
• Commercially minded, organised, and able to balance detail with delivery.
