This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Partners on board and C-suite mandates across energy and infrastructure, giving early exposure to senior clients, investors and leadership teams in some of the world’s most important markets. Executive search is a research-led, relationship-driven professional services business. The work combines market intelligence, candidate engagement and process management, requiring strong judgement, attention to detail and the ability to operate credibly with senior individuals.

If you have the drive and standards, this role offers meaningful responsibility, direct exposure, and a clear path for progression in a lean, high-performance environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Research markets & map talent: Build structured talent maps and develop insight into companies, leadership teams, market dynamics and industry trends across energy and infrastructure.
  • Engage senior candidates: Lead first-round conversations with high-calibre candidates, understand motivations and represent opportunities professionally and credibly.
  • Support high-quality delivery: Coordinate interviews, manage search processes, capture feedback and maintain clear communication with candidates, clients and stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of workstreams: Manage defined areas of live mandates, ensuring research is thorough, information is accurate and processes move forward effectively.
  • Build market insight: Use research, data and conversations to identify patterns, track talent and spot future opportunities across the sector.
Who This Would Suit

We’re looking for someone ambitious and commercially minded, but also thoughtful, disciplined and detail-oriented. You will likely bring:

  • Around 2 years’ experience in executive search, recruitment, professional services or another commercially focused environment;
  • Strong personal standards and work ethic;
  • Intellectual curiosity and analytical thinking;
  • Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with senior individuals;
  • Commercial awareness and sound judgement;
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills;
  • Resilience, ownership and willingness to learn quickly;
  • Motivation to build a long-term career in a high-performance professional services environment.
Why ODM Partners
  • Early exposure: Work directly with Partners on live mandates and client projects from day one.
  • Real growth opportunity: Join a scaling business with genuine headroom to grow into a key member of the team.
  • Clear development path: Structured progression to Senior Associate and beyond, supported by training, mentorship and direct feedback.
  • Performance-based progression: Advancement is based on quality, consistency, ownership and impact.
  • Collaborative culture: Ambitious but grounded, supportive rather than hierarchical, and focused on building a high-quality business for the long term.
  • Meaningful work: Every search contributes to leadership across the global energy transition and infrastructure investment markets.
