ODM Partners have been retained exclusively to appoint a Vice President within the Asset Management team of a well established Infrastructure Investor.
The organisation invests across Infrastructure and energy transition opportunities throughout Europe, combining established infrastructure assets with investments in emerging technologies, development platforms and businesses supporting the energy transition.
Joining a lean and highly collaborative team, the successful candidate will work closely with investment professionals, portfolio company management teams and boards to support value creation initiatives, oversee portfolio performance and help scale businesses through development, construction, and operational phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the active management of a portfolio of infrastructure and energy transition investments.
- Work closely with management teams and boards to drive value creation and monitor performance.
- Lead post-acquisition transition planning and support the delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Assess commercial, operational, development, and construction-related risks across portfolio assets.
- Partner with investment teams on acquisitions, with a focus on business plan review and post-close value creation.
- Prepare investment committee materials, portfolio reporting and stakeholder presentations.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the asset management function and broader investment strategy.

- Hybrid Commercial & Technical Roles
- Exposure to a broad range of energy transition sectors beyond traditional solar and wind, including areas such as energy storage, green fuels, power-to-X, circular economy, industrial decarbonisation and related technologies.
- Experience working with development-stage projects, emerging technologies, or founder-led businesses.
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with management teams, founders, boards, and senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial judgement, analytical capability, and financial acumen.
- Comfortable operating within a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
- Collaborative, pragmatic, and low-ego approach.
