ODM Partners have been exclusively mandated to appoint a Senior VP / Junior Financing Director for a leading pan-European infrastructure investor. This role sits within the Capital Markets team, which supports financing activity across the platform spanning acquisitions, refinancings, and broader capital structuring initiatives. Working closely with the investment teams across Europe and selected international markets, the role will focus on optimising financing structures, managing debt advisor and lender processes, and ensuring consistency and efficiency across portfolio and transaction financings.
Candidate Profile
- 8â12 years of experience in debt advisory, leveraged finance or structured finance.
- Must have handsâon experience executing acquisition financings and refinancings for sponsorâled transactions (i.e. private equity or infrastructure funds).
- Demonstrated expertise in structuring and executing acquisition financings and refinancings, including lender engagement, documentation (SPA/SHA familiarity) and debt process management.
- Proven ability to operate autonomously and manage full deal processes within lean teams.
- Commercially minded, with sound judgement and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Relationshipâdriven, able to balance technical rigour with strong interpersonal skills when engaging with lenders, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborative, pragmatic, and lowâego personality suited to a collegiate and costâconscious environment.
- Willingness to travel to other European offices.
