ODM Partners is supporting a retained search for an experienced investment professional to join a specialist infrastructure investment management platform focused on the energy transition.

This is a rare opportunity to join an entrepreneurial platform at an early stage, working alongside an experienced leadership team with institutional backing, and to help shape the business's growth.

The role offers broad responsibility across the investment lifecycle, combining origination, transaction execution and commercial leadership within a lean, high-performing team.

The Opportunity

Key responsibilities include

  • Originating investment opportunities across the UK and Europe.
  • Leading transactions from initial evaluation through to completion.
  • Building relationships with developers, investors and strategic partners.
  • Identifying opportunities in new European markets.
  • Contributing to the long-term growth of the platform.
  • Your Background

We're keen to speak with experienced investment professionals who have successfully originated and executed renewable energy or infrastructure transactions.
