Responsibilities
- Research & map markets: build structured, insight-led talent maps and stay close to industry trends.
- Engage with candidates: lead first-round conversations, qualify motivations, and represent opportunities with confidence.
- Support delivery: organise interviews, capture feedback, and maintain clear communication throughout.
- Drive insight: keep our CRM accurate and use data to spot patterns and identify new opportunities.
