As we continue to grow our B2C & B2B businesses, we're looking for an E-Commerce Executive (m/f/d) to join our team and play a key role in optimising our online operations.
Your field of play This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for ecommerce, digital operations, and website performance. Reporting to the Ecommerce Trading Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of henrilloyd.com, ensuring our website is technically sound, trading effectively, and delivering a seamless customer experience.
Beyond site merchandising and content management, this role requires an analytical and technical mindset, with a strong understanding of system flows, integrations, and platform capabilities. You'll be working across Shopify Plus, third-party apps, and operational systems to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities- Website & Platform Management - Oversee and maintain the website, ensuring products, categories, and content are up-to-date and performing optimally.
- System & Data Flows - Understand and monitor how data moves between Shopify, third-party apps, and operational systems, troubleshooting any discrepancies.
- Trading & Merchandising - Optimise product positioning, category structures, and filters to drive conversion and maximise revenue.
- Promotions & Campaign Execution - Implement key launches, promotional activities, and seasonal campaigns, ensuring smooth execution across the site.
- Customer Journey & UX - Work closely with developers and creative team to identify and improve UX/UI, site speed, and navigation.
- Technical Troubleshooting - Identify and resolve issues related to integrations, checkout, order processing, and other backend functions.
- Analytics & Reporting - Track and analyse key ecommerce KPIs, providing insights into traffic, conversion, and customer behaviour.
- Collaboration - Work cross-functionally with digital marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless ecommerce operations.
Your story Be successful in this position you bring:
- 1-2 years experience in an ecommerce, digital operations, or technical website role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Shopify Plus, third-party apps, and ecommerce system integrations.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with experience using Google Analytics, Looker, or other reporting tools.
- Comfortable working with APIs, data flows, and operational processes (no coding required, but a technical understanding is key).
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring smooth execution of website updates and promotional activities.
- Experience (or personal interest) working with premium fashion brands is a bonus!
