Role Overview
Henri-Lloyd is seeking a highly driven and commercially focused Corporate Sales Manager to accelerate growth across our corporate and B2B sales channels. This role plays a critical part in delivering revenue targets, expanding our presence within the marine and maritime sectors, and strengthening long‑term partnerships with professional, commercial, and corporate customers. The role is home‑based with extensive travel across the UK and potentially abroad, including regular engagement with Henri‑Lloyd's Head Office in Manchester.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and deliver agreed corporate sales targets, revenue growth objectives, and margin performance
- Develop and execute a proactive new business strategy, identifying and converting opportunities across marine, maritime, and adjacent sectors
- Build, manage, and grow a robust sales pipeline through active prospecting, networking, and relationship development
- Leverage existing industry contacts and continuously expand professional networks within the marine sector
- Manage and develop key corporate accounts
- Provide expert product recommendations based on customer operational requirements, sailing environments, and technical performance needs
- Demonstrate strong understanding of sailing disciplines, yacht classes, and professional marine use cases to build credibility with clients
- Represent Henri‑Lloyd at regattas, trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
- Work closely with internal teams to align product development, marketing initiatives, and sales execution
- Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis against agreed KPIs
- Travel extensively to meet clients and partners, with regular visits to Henri‑Lloyd Head Office in Manchester
