- Achieve top levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring the quality of goods, filling in for absenteeism if necessary.
- Control overtime and agency costs ensuring costs are justified in advance and remain within agreed budget levels.
- Identify areas of improvement and execute change to/or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
- Continuously look for ways to improve efficiencies.
- Ensure company is working to required quality and housekeeping standards.
- Ensure preventative maintenance is kept up to date.
- Familiarity with 5 “S” and similar lean tools.
Skills and Experience required
- Must have excellent communication skills and be computer literate.

- Must have hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
- Must have MS Office, Email and daily reporting experience.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing / production environment in a role such as Production Team Leader / Shift Team Leader / Shift Supervisor / Production Manager / Line Leader.
- Experience with Continuous Improvement tools would be beneficial.
- First aid experience would be beneficial but not essential.
