We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Orthodontist or Dentist with a special interest in orthodontics with an energetic personality to join our team. As a vital member of our practice, you will work closely with the Practice Principal and collaborate with a team of Orthodontic Therapists.

Your Responsibilities:
- Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical leadership and guidance to a team of Orthodontic Therapists to ensure the delivery of high-quality orthodontic care.
- Treatment Planning: Collaborate with the Practice Principal and other team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients for both conventional appliances and Invisalign.
- Patient Care: Ensure exceptional patient care by overseeing treatment progress, addressing patient concerns, and providing expert advice and recommendations.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to uphold clinical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork among team members.
- Administrative Duties: Assist in administrative tasks related to patient management as needed.
Your Qualifications:
- Orthodontic Expertise: Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and Master’s Degree in Orthodontics (UK or overseas).
- Clinical Excellence: Demonstrated proficiency in orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Strong collaborative skills with a focus on fostering a positive and supportive team culture.
- Regulatory Compliance: Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and standards related to orthodontic practice.
