About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Lead Dental Nurse to lead and inspire our clinical nursing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong leadership background in dental nursing who thrives in a large, multi-disciplinary practice and is passionate about delivering high standards of patient care.
Your Responsibilities
- Leadership: Supervise, support and develop a team of dental nurses across a multi-clinic practice.
- Team Management: Oversee rotas, performance reviews, recruitment, and mentoring of junior staff.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to infection control, GDC standards, and CQC regulations.
- Clinical Excellence: Maintain a high standard of patient care and implement improvements to patient journey.
- Stock & Resource Management: Maintain efficient stock control and liaise with suppliers.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact between nurses, clinicians, and management, ensuring smooth daily operations.
