We are looking for an experienced dental receptionist who has a positive, can-do attitude and can work flexible hours:
- 2 years of receptionist experience ideally from a dental background.
- Experience with Exact software (preferred).
- The ability to provide exceptional patient care, both over the phone and face-to-face.
- You will be responsible for managing patients' treatments, including scheduling appointments, discussing financial payments and ensuring a smooth treatment journey.
- Effective and clear communication is crucial to ensure a positive patient experience and coordination within the dental practice.
- Welcome patients warmly upon arrival whilst ensuring their comfort, understanding, and satisfaction throughout their dental journey.
- Keep the office, reception area, and waiting room clean and tidy.
- Liaise with dental laboratories, supply companies, and other organisations as needed.
