Odin is building the investment infrastructure for the future of private markets. We believe capital is one of the most powerful tools for shaping the world - and more people should know how to put it to work. Our mission is to make it radically easier to raise and deploy capital, so that anyone, anywhere, can back the companies and ideas they believe in.

Our first product is a full-stack platform for launching and running private investment firms - think Shopify for VC and PE. We handle all the infrastructure: from legal structuring and investor onboarding to KYC/AML, payments, tax, reporting, and exits. We're already trusted by over 10,000 angels, VCs, and founders. We administer over $500m in assets, covering investments from pre-seed to series E. This includes household names like ElevenLabs, OpenAI, SpaceX, xAI, Anduril, etc. but also new companies creating everything from synthetic brains to small nuclear reactors.

The Role

We're looking for a highly organised, fast-learning graduate to join Odin as a Graduate Commercial Associate. This is a foundational role in our commercial team, designed to scale our outbound efforts, improve conversion rates, and ensure we never miss momentum with warm leads.

You'll be the engine behind our outbound motion: building lists, personalising messages, tracking activity, and responding quickly when prospects engage. Every action you take directly impacts our ability to grow. You'll be trained and supported extensively, and over time you may grow into customer-facing work, operations, or broader commercial projects. Your focus here is on execution, judgement, and consistency. If you like creating order, working quickly, improving systems, and seeing your work translate into measurable impact, you'll genuinely enjoy this role.

What You'll Do

  • Build and refine high-quality target lists. You'll clean data, review LinkedIn profiles, and help prioritise who we should be speaking to as we expand into new regions.
  • Run outbound sequences with consistency by setting up campaigns across LinkedIn and email. You'll track activity clearly in the CRM, and keep our outbound motion moving every day.
  • Respond quickly when prospects engage. Send short, well-judged replies the moment someone accepts or shows interest, with the goal of booking qualified calls.
  • Personalise messages with good judgement. Adapt templates, add simple personalised touches, and ensure everything sounds clear, professional, and on-brand.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and hygiene. Keep records up to date, log outreach and outcomes properly, and ensure the sales team has clean, reliable data.
  • Support experiments and broader commercial work. Help test A/B variations, document learnings, and occasionally support events, research, or growth initiatives alongside the team.

Your Experience & Background

We don't expect you to have worked in sales or know anything about VC. What matters most is how you think, learn, and show up every day.

Must-Haves

  • Highly organised, reliable, and diligent, you take pride in doing things properly.
  • A quick learner who can absorb new information fast.
  • Good communication instincts: you know what sounds professional and what doesn't.
  • Able to maintain momentum even when response rates are low (80%+ of outbound messages get no reply).

Nice-to-Haves

You might stand out if:

  • You have a background in competitive sport, long-term hobbies, or consistent commitments.
  • You've built or contributed to a business, society, or community initiative.

The Hiring Process

Interviews

  • 50-minute test to assess your thinking. Anyone who scores 80% or above automatically progresses.
  • Intro with Sejuti, our People Associate (30 mins): You'll learn more about the role, how we work and what the expectations are. It also helps us understand whether the role is the right fit for you.
  • Task & follow-up interview (1 hour): We'll go deeper into how you think and how you'd approach the work.
  • Final interviews with Mary & Paddy (1 hour): If you reach this point, we're genuinely excited. You'll spend time with our founders, understand our values and get a clearer sense of what building at Odin feels like.

We'll prepare you before each stage so you know exactly what to expect. Once you enter our process, you'll receive clear, actionable feedback within 24 hours of every interview — whatever the outcome. Our process usually takes two weeks and we adapt to your availability. If we need to make any adjustments along the way, we're happy to.

We're a fast-growing startup building something very ambitious, and we expect you to work hard and relish this challenge. However, we also offer flexibility and support your life outside of work so you can bring your best to the table.

Our benefits include:

  • Work from anywhere for up to 6 weeks a year
  • Private health insurance, paid sick leave (including support for pregnancy loss and fertility treatments), and free access to Spill
  • Enhanced maternity, adoption, paternity, and partner leave
  • 4% pension employer contribution, with salary sacrifice options and NI savings reinvested into your pension
  • 25 days of annual leave, 2 wellness days, and flexible bank holidays (33 days total)
  • An extra day off to celebrate your birthday
