Join to apply for the Founding Product Designer role at Odin. Odin is building the infrastructure to make it radically easier to raise and deploy capital, so that anyone, anywhere, can back the companies and ideas they believe in.
Our first product is a full‐stack platform for launching and running private investment firms — think Shopify for VC and PE. We handle all the infrastructure: from legal structuring and investor onboarding to KYC/AML, payments, tax, reporting, and exits.
We are looking for a Founding Product Designer to help redefine how capital flows into the ideas shaping the future. You will join Odin at a pivotal moment as we expand into the US, prepare for a new product launch, and set the design culture that future designers will inherit.

The salary band for this role is £100,000 - £145,000 + equity options.

Our process typically runs over two weeks. We share detailed feedback within 24 hours of each interview stage and aim to line up next steps quickly.
