Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue in Priority Markets: Carry and hit a meaningful ARR target while building and converting relationships with VC and PE firms in the UK, Middle East and US.
- Build & Curate our community: Deepen Odin's presence through high-signal events, strategic partnerships and deliberate relationship-building. Know which people and networks are worth time, and which are not.
- Be the Commercial Face of Odin: trusted by senior partners, back-office teams and founders. Represent Odin in the rooms that matter and build long-term credibility.
- Launch New Markets: Establish Odin as a credible operator with a focus on excellent customer experience in priority geographies, including the US. Convert this into revenue, fast.
- Close Lighthouse Customers: Personally win high-trust, high-signal accounts that compound reputation and drive further demand.
- Feed Market Insight Internally: Translate ICP feedback into better positioning, better GTM and new product insights.

Who We’re Looking For
A high-agency operator with strong commercial instincts and exceptional relationship judgement. You like to take ownership and accountability for outcomes. You thrive in uncertainty and enjoy operating autonomously. Comfort operating directly with senior partners, operators and capital allocators is essential. Gravitas, clarity of communication and credibility in conversation matter more than current title. Background matters less than capability. The right profile may be:
- GTM or Commercial Leader: Experience driving revenue in early-stage or scaling companies, with strong external presence and ecosystem exposure.
- VC Platform or Ecosystem Operator: Experience working closely with funds, accelerators or portfolio companies, with direct responsibility for partnerships, growth or commercial outcomes.
- Strategic Partnerships Lead: Built and managed high-value partnerships that generated revenue and long-term strategic value.
- Commercial Founder or Country Launcher: Experience establishing credibility in new markets and turning relationships into repeat business.
- Senior AE with marketing & partnerships nous: A consistent performer who builds durable, trust-based relationships and closes complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

This is a founding role. Scope will evolve as we grow. There won’t be tightly defined lanes or heavy oversight. This seat sets direction, solves what matters and is accountable for outcomes. We give you the "what", you figure out "how".
Salary
Compensation includes a £100,000–£120,000 base, £150,000–£180,000+ OTE (uncapped) and a meaningful equity grant. For exceptional candidates, we are prepared to be competitive.
Working at Odin
We’re building a London-based commercial function. When not travelling or building relationships externally, this is a role where being in the office, working closely with the founders and wider team, makes a real difference. The speed and intensity we operate at make in-person collaboration valuable, and we expect at least three days per week in the office. We work hard and care about performance. We also support sustainable output and life outside work.
