About Odin
Odin is building the investment infrastructure for the future of private markets. We believe capital is one of the most powerful tools for shaping the world - and more people should be putting it to work. Our mission is to make it radically easier to raise and deploy capital, so that anyone, anywhere, can back the companies and ideas they believe in.
Our first product is a full-stack platform for launching and running private investment firms - think Shopify for VC and PE. We handle all the infrastructure: from legals and investor onboarding to KYC/AML, payments, tax, reporting, and exits.
We’re already trusted by over 10,000 angels, VCs, and founders. We administer over $500m in assets, covering investments from pre-seed to series E. This includes household names like ElevenLabs, OpenAI, SpaceX, xAI, Anduril, etc. but also new companies creating everything from synthetic brains to small nuclear reactors.
Responsibilities
We’re hiring a Founding Growth Lead to design and scale Odin’s Growth engine. Odin already has strong organic inbound and brand pull. Most of our new business is driven by word of mouth, plus Google or AI search. However, there is no systematic engine driving it. We're hiring a Founding Growth Marketer to change that.
The primary responsibility is to create a repeatable, scalable system that brings the right people into our inbound pipeline. This means building the growth loops that turn prospects and existing customers into new revenue, using modern GTM tooling, marketing automation and whatever else it takes to generate high-quality MQLs for the sales team.
It also means experimenting with product-led growth and growth hacking: ideating, testing and improving loops that compound over time, and working with external agency partners and the wider team on viral campaigns, AI, SEO, or whatever else helps us capture and convert ICP prospects into MQLs.
Who We’re Looking For
This is a role for a high-agency operator with strong commercial instinct, product-mindedness and systems thinking. You take ownership and thrive in uncertainty. Comfort running complex sales and marketing systems is essential. The ability to understand problems and improve them quickly & deliberately is equally important. You're intensely curious, methodical and scientific in your approach to growth.
Background matters less than capability. The right profile may be:
- Senior Growth Marketer: A strong performer who thinks outside the box
- Revenue or Growth Operator: Experience building PLG motions, activation loops or pipeline systems in high-velocity environments.
- Early GTM Builder: Helped move a company from founder-led sales to structured, repeatable growth.
- Commercial Founder: Built and sold, with experience creating demand and designing the motion & systems around it.
Across profiles, strong candidates should demonstrate:
- Clear commercial judgement
- Structured thinking in complex, ambiguous environments
- Excellent problem solving
- Speed & bias for action - you get things done
- Fluency with modern GTM tooling and AI. Ability to "think lazy but work hard", maximising your leverage
- A genuine appetite for ownership at a company entering a defining stage
This is a founding role. Scope will evolve as we grow. There won’t be tightly defined lanes or heavy oversight. You set direction, solve what matters and are accountable for outcomes. You're told what the business needs, you figure out how to do it.
Salary
Compensation includes a £100,000–£120,000 base, £150,000–£180,000+ OTE and a meaningful equity grant. We're flexible on the mix of equity & cash compensation.

The speed and intensity we operate at make in-person collaboration crucial, and we expect at least three days per week in the office.
We work hard and care about performance. We also support sustainable output and life outside work.
