Regional Manager – Early Years\\n\\nLocation: London\\nSalary: Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance\\nHours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week\\nReports to: Head of Early Years\\n\\nAre you an experienced early years leader ready to take the next step in your career?\\nMy client, a highly respected and forward-thinking early years provider, is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee and elevate performance across a group of nurseries in the London area. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape outcomes at a strategic level while remaining connected to the heart of early years practice.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nLeadership & Quality\\n\\nProvide clear oversight and direction across multiple settings\\n\\n * Champion outstanding pedagogy and ensure consistently high standards in learning environments\\n\\n * Carry out regular quality audits and support teams with compliance, safeguarding, and continuous improvement\\n\\n * Ensure each nursery in your region is striving for — and achieving — excellence\\n\\nTeam Development\\n\\n * \\n\\n Lead, mentor, and grow strong Nursery Management teams\\n\\n * \\n\\n Identify training needs and work closely with L&D to support career progression\\n\\n * \\n\\n Support performance management, succession planning, and staff wellbeing\\n\\nParental & Community Engagement\\n\\n * Foster strong, lasting relationships with families\\n\\n * Collaborate with marketing and admissions to support occupancy and brand presence\\n\\n * Act as a positive, professional ambassador for your region\\n\\nCommercial & Operational Oversight\\n\\n * Monitor KPIs and financial performance, supporting each nursery to meet occupancy and budget targets\\n\\n * Partner with support functions to improve operational efficiency\\n\\n * Use data dashboards and analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities\\n\\n🔹 What We’re Looking For\\n\\n * Proven leadership experience within early years or education\\n\\n * Strong track record managing multiple sites or large nursery settings\\n\\n * Deep understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and quality frameworks\\n\\n * Commercial awareness with a passion for driving performance through people\\n\\n * A confident communicator who can inspire teams, lead change, and build lasting partnerships\\n\\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join a values-led organisation that places children, families, and educators at the centre of everything they do.
