The Role – What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Installation Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of delivering cutting-edge copper and fibre communication solutions across a mix of BAU and project work. You’ll thrive in a hands-on role that keeps you active, challenged, and engaged.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Installing network cabinets and containment systems
  • Laying and terminating fibre, Cat6, and Cat6A cabling
  • Testing and labelling structured cabling solutions
  • Copper and fibre patching
  • Installing network switches on customer sites

What We’re Looking For:

  • British passport holder (required for SC clearance)
  • Able to pass Security Clearance (SC)
  • Proven experience with copper and fibre installations
  • Based within commutable distance to Reading
  • ECS/CSCS cards (preferred)
  • Full UK Driving License

Location: Reading – This is an on-site position with no travel requirements.
