Odin Recruitment Group in the North West is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to lead a workshop team of 11 engineers and drive productivity, quality and continuous improvement across two sites.
You will act as the primary technical contact for customers and suppliers and ensure hands-on leadership where required.
This role requires strong knowledge of gearboxes, motors, engines, pumps and rotating equipment, plus willingness to travel 2–3 nights weekly.
