Project Operations Support (AV) – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Location: Stockport (Hybrid) Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Start Date: End of July Contract: 12-month FTC (with potential extension) The Opportunity We are currently seeking an experienced Project Operations Support professional with a background in AV to join a leading organisation on a key client account. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role supporting the day-to-day management of a high-volume project pipeline, working closely with internal teams and the end client to ensure seamless delivery, clear communication, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities * Manage and coordinate the day-to-day project pipeline for a key client * Liaise directly with the client to provide updates and ensure transparency * Work closely with Project Managers on scheduling, programmes, and installation timelines * Arrange site surveys and coordinate resources * Prepare job packs including technical documentation and RAMS * Track project progress and ensure timely completion of reports * Upload and manage project data within internal systems (e.g. Simpro) * Support invoicing and job completion reporting * Provide weekly and monthly reporting to stakeholders * Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and technical teams as required * Assist with procurement and ordering of equipment * Support additional client pipelines when required About You * Proven experience in Project/Operations Support, ideally within the AV industry * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * High attention to detail and accuracy * Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and under pressure * Proficient in IT systems, including Excel and project management tools Why Apply? * Work on a key, high-profile client account * Be part of a collaborative and fast-moving AV project environment * Gain valuable experience with the potential for contract extension * Hybrid working flexibility
