The Opportunity

As Workshop Supervisor, you will lead a team of 5 engineers within a workshop environment, ensuring high standards of productivity, quality, and continuous improvement. You’ll also act as the primary technical contact for both customers and suppliers. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys combining team management with technical involvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 5 engineers
  • Drive productivity, quality standards, and operational processes
  • Deliver training and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Act as the main technical point of contact for the workshop & Service Co-ordinator

About You

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Team Leader
  • Strong technical knowledge of gearboxes, winches, motors, and rotating equipment
  • Hands-on experience with stripping, inspection, and repair of mechanical components
  • Ambitious and ready to progress into a Workshop Supervisor role
  • Flexible & available for occasional travel or overtime
