This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills to play a key role in site operations, starting as soon as possible. The Role: We are seeking a proactive and organised Site Administrator / Logistics Coordinator to join a busy construction development in NP10 8DE. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth running of site operations, supporting both the site management team and external suppliers. Responsibilities include: * Booking in and scheduling delivery vehicles. * Liaising with suppliers and site managers to coordinate site logistics. * Checking and processing invoices and consignment notes. * Providing general administrative support as required. Candidate Requirements: * Previous experience in administration, logistics, or coordination (construction experience an advantage but not essential). * Excellent organisational and communication skills. * Confident using IT systems (MS Office, email, and databases). * Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
