Odin Recruitment are looking for an AV installation engineer to join our client's company Our client is a specialist in high-impact digital signage, creating standout solutions across retail, hospitality, corporate spaces, and stadium environments — from LED walls and digital menu boards to bespoke displays and interactive touchpoints. They’re looking for an AV Engineer to deliver flawless on-site installations across the UK The Role You’ll install and commission a range of AV and digital signage solutions, working closely with Operations, Technical, and Project teams to deliver projects on time and to SLA. You’ll also support Trainee AV Engineers and represent the business professionally on-site. Key Responsibilities * Install AV solutions including screens, projectors, and LED displays * Deliver work to strict SLAs and quality standards * Support and mentor Trainee AV Engineers * Produce installation reports with photos and details * Ensure onsite professionalism and HSE compliance What You’ll Bring * Experience in a similar AV engineering role * Strong knowledge of AV systems, HDBaseT, and signal transmission * Understanding of digital signage, networking, and IP technologies * Full UK driving licence If you’re hands-on, technically strong, and want to work on AV projects that truly stand out — this one’s for you
