The role involves ensuring production lines operate efficiently while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and manufacturing teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair injection moulding machines and associated production equipment
  • Provide electrical fault-finding and repair support across production machinery
  • Support production teams to ensure machinery operates efficiently and meets performance targets
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimise downtime and improve equipment reliability
  • Diagnose equipment faults and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues
  • Support engineering and manufacturing improvement projects to enhance machine performance and production efficiency
  • Monitor machine performance, quality metrics, and production output
  • Coordinate maintenance activities across moulding machines and ancillary equipment
