Manual Machinists – Miller, Turner or Dual Skilled - Perm Days Excellent rate of pay. Elevated Engineering Solutions is looking for experienced Manual Machinists – Millers, Turners or Dual Skilled to join our team in Middleton. Part-time applications will also be considered. We are looking for reliable, motivated and proactive individuals with a strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to maintaining high standards and helping drive the business forward. The successful candidates will have the skills and experience required to produce high-quality machined components accurately, efficiently and consistently, while working to our exacting standards. Key Responsibilities & Requirements * Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately and work confidently to tight tolerances. * Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting challenging production deadlines. * Carry out all aspects of manual machine tool setting, with a strong understanding of appropriate cutting speeds and feeds. * Use a range of precision measurement and inspection equipment, including verniers, bore gauges and micrometres. * Carry out deburring and finishing of machined components during production cycles, ensuring minimal disruption to workflow and output. * Maintain a methodical, efficient and quality-focused approach to all work. * Take pride in producing consistently high-quality components and contributing positively to the wider team. What We’re Looking For We operate in a fast-paced engineering environment, so we need someone who is dependable, adaptable and able to work efficiently without compromising on quality. Relevant manual machining experience is essential, with applications welcomed from Millers, Turners and Dual-Skilled Machinists.
