We are looking for a practical, people-focused HSE Advisor to support our Bolton site. Someone who can guide, influence, and continuously improve how we approach safety and environmental standards across the business. This role is less about policing and more about partnering with teams on the shop floor, providing advice, coaching, and support to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient ways of working.
Alongside HSE responsibilities, you will also support the wider engineering function by contributing to process improvements and manufacturing best practice, helping the site run smoothly day-to-day.
