Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Quality Inspector to join our skilled team.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out detailed visual and dimensional inspection of precision-engineered sheet metal components and assemblies.
- Interpret and work from engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to verify product conformity.
- Use a wide range of manual inspection equipment, including verniers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
- Operate automated inspection equipment, including Keyence measuring systems, to verify component accuracy.
- Record inspection results accurately and complete all required quality documentation.
- Identify non-conforming products and ensure they are reported and processed in line with company procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain the highest quality standards throughout the inspection process.
- Work safely at all times, complying with Health & Safety procedures and maintaining excellent housekeeping standards in line with our 5S system.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Quality Inspector within sheet metal manufacturing or a similar precision engineering environment.
- Experience within the aerospace sector or another high-quality, close-tolerance manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- The ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience using a variety of precision measuring equipment and inspection techniques.
- Previous experience using automated measuring systems such as Keyence would be advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to inspection and record keeping.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. What We Offer
