We are currently recruiting for Level 3 Practitioners and experienced Room Leaders to join well established nursery settings in Crewe.
These roles are ideal for dedicated early years professionals who are passionate about delivering high quality care and education within a supportive team environment.

- Level 3 Practitioner Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS framework

- Room Leader Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team within your designated room
- Oversee planning, observations and assessments to ensure high standards
- Ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements
- Support and mentor practitioners within the room
- Maintain strong communication with management and parents
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the setting
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years
- For Room Leader roles, previous experience leading a room is essential
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for early years education
- Clear enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
- Right to work in the UK
