We are looking for a skilled and proactive Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a highly regulated cGMP manufacturing environment, supporting the reliability and performance of production equipment, utilities and facilities.
In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in ensuring our manufacturing operations run safely and efficiently by carrying out planned preventative maintenance, responding to equipment breakdowns, completing calibration activities and supporting continuous improvement projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on production equipment and utilities using the eMaint maintenance management system.
- Respond quickly and effectively to equipment breakdowns, minimising downtime and supporting production targets.
- Complete calibration activities on manufacturing equipment using the ProCal calibration system.
- Work closely with Production teams to diagnose faults and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Support the installation, commissioning and validation of new or modified equipment, including occasional Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) visits where required.
- Liaise with the Purchasing team to ensure spare parts are available when needed.
