Responsibilities:
- Support multiple nursery settings and drive standards, staff development and compliance across the organisation.
- Assume a senior operational role combining training delivery with quality improvement.
- Ensure each nursery meets and exceeds EYFS and Ofsted requirements, while supporting managers and teams to deliver outstanding care and education.
- Work closely with nursery managers to identify training needs, design and deliver targeted training programmes, carry out quality audits and inspections, support curriculum development, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Monitor performance, produce written reports, support Ofsted readiness, coach staff and managers, and embed best practice across all settings.
- Design and deliver training courses, workshops and induction programmes, mentor learners and managers, oversee apprenticeships, and evaluate the impact of training on nursery performance.
- Communicate effectively across multiple sites and teams, building strong relationships to support implementation of quality initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification and strong occupational experience within childcare.
- Assessor and teaching qualification and experience designing and delivering training.
- Strong understanding of EYFS and Ofsted frameworks; experience in quality monitoring, auditing or compliance within an early years setting.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel between nurseries).
- Strong ICT and communication skills and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
