We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of care, education, and compliance within our nursery. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of early years education, and a commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are met.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of early years professionals to deliver outstanding care and education.
- Develop and implement a high-quality curriculum in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Ensure the safeguarding and welfare of all children, promoting a safe and inclusive environment.
- Manage nursery budgets, occupancy levels, and financial performance to support business success.
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to support children's development and well-being.
- Conduct regular staff training, appraisals, and performance reviews to ensure professional development.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with Ofsted and other regulatory bodies.
- Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance nursery standards and practices.
